Christmas brews are busting my fridge at the seams. This is a good one.

I can taste the cherry and plum. Not sure what they mean when there's a toffee flavor. Overall, pretty complex almost wine like flavor. With an Oaky smell. A little bit too niche to be a Christmas ale. There's a tartness that is vinegar like on initial.

A spicy festive nose and notes of toffee/caramel and citrus. A really excellent beer for Christmas time!

Very interesting. Not bad. The subtle sour counters the roasted Malts nicely.
