Might have found a new winner from dogfish, nice easy sipper

Typical Grand Cru spices with a bit of bitterness from sumac. Not quite as bitter as an IPA, still smooth

A touch tart up front with an oomph of grapefruit zest. Sweeter in the middle, but finishes dry with a lingering cherry note.

Has a very cherry syrup taste with a bland middle with a smooth toffee and citrus lingering flavor at the end.

Can’t put my finger on the name of what I smell and taste. Probably the sumac but I don’t think I’ve ever had that before. I do like it. Gets a 4.25

I love Rodenbach Grand Cru, this has a lot of the flavors but with the tartness toned down. Nice citrus, dark fruit and caramel malt flavors, very nice body. A very nice and flavorful beer.

Ordered it because it was a new (to me) DFH. Find out it’s a collab with Rodenbach! The off centered red ale that is part of this blend has some funky flavors. Don’t really compliment the Rodenbach (imho.) Don’t think the sumac is working in the blend.

Unremarkable and slightly sour. It is 7.1%, so that's positive.

This hits outside my normal range of beers but satisfies nonetheless. Lots of fruit and toffee, barely tart. Interestingly, the BA classifies this as a Flemish Red.
