An odd blend for a pastry stout. Definitely getting the banana with some slight hints of pineapple and pecan. Dark coffee notes throughout. Not bad. Thanks Gregory P.

Imperial pastry stout brewed with cinnamon and pecans & aged on bananas and pineapple.

Too much roast for a pastry stout. Dominated the fruit and spices. Making this a winter warmer style would have made more sense and allowed the fruit and spice to shine.

12% imperial pastry stout inspired by hummingbird cake. Cinnamon, pecan, ripe banana, and pineapple, with hints of molasses & sugared coffee. A little boozy sweet & slightly metallic, but enjoyable nonetheless.
