Good beer but didn’t get the cocoa, pepper, or spices. Smooth and easy drinking but wishing I’d have gotten more of the Mexican influences.

A slight sweetness from the corn, but cannot get any pepper? Smooooooth and still pleasant even if not quite as described 🤷🏼♀️🍻

6.7% blond stout brewed w/cocoa nibs, lactose, passilla peppers, cinnamon & thickened w/malted corn. Lovely nose. A tad milky sweet, w/pillowy mouthfeel. Spice is very subtle. Ultimately disappointing.
