Very boozy, good and oaky, a little black licorice flavor, slight vanilla and full bodied. An outstanding stout.

Beautiful stout with vanilla up front and coffee flavors on the backend. Very smooth and delicious. A must get if you can.

First stout in a while, more like 3.75. Not a bad showing and probably a few years old from back of fridge

Woah! Not usually a fan of the bourbon barrel beers but this is good. And strong. The vanilla cuts the bourbon I think.

Bottled 7/6/17. Cellared since purchase in 2017. Carbonation has faded to near zero. Booze is there but not at all hot. Hint of vanilla ice cream on the nose, not much else. Sweet port with a bitter coffee finish. Not very complex but a great taste.

Smooth vanilla with a dry and roasted coffee bitterness. Probably hindered by the decade old AWS I just had, but it is still rich and complex.

Not typically a huge dogfish fan but this goes above and beyond. Nice vanilla profile mixed with bourbon and chocolate goodness.

olives in brine oxidation. still great depth and intensity despite the age. chocolate still echoing strong, caramelly notes too
