Held onto this since 2017. Still pretty boozy haha

Aged since 2017. Some vanilla remains. Mostly just a good stout base. No bourbon. A bit of sediment.

What a treat with a major slap and tickle. You can taste the bourbon barrel with vanilla.

Managed to find a bottle with a fill date of 7/17. It has really held up quite well. Still syrupy sweet with huge vanilla notes. Chocolate and bourbon on the nose. Woody. Quite smooth for 16%.

olives in brine oxidation. still great depth and intensity despite the age. chocolate still echoing strong, caramelly notes too
