Nice. Good barrel character. Not a ton of carbonation left on this one but still tasty.

Not typically a huge dogfish fan but this goes above and beyond. Nice vanilla profile mixed with bourbon and chocolate goodness.

Had this beast on the shelf for 3 years waiting for a good snow shoveling day. It did not disappoint. Subtle vanilla and bourbon barrel oak flavors with an excellent malt backbone. The age absolutely cut the booziness down and pushed all the other flavors

Smooth vanilla with a dry and roasted coffee bitterness. Probably hindered by the decade old AWS I just had, but it is still rich and complex.

It as boozy as 16% would make you think, really delicious and easy to drink

Bottled 7/6/17. Cellared since purchase in 2017. Carbonation has faded to near zero. Booze is there but not at all hot. Hint of vanilla ice cream on the nose, not much else. Sweet port with a bitter coffee finish. Not very complex but a great taste.
