Great tartness from the kefir lime but not overpowering. Light fruit and green tea. Fantastic summer brew and good in the heat. Right amount of salt.

A citrus-kumquat hybrid that tastes like a lemon shandy mixed with ginger ale. This is a great summer beer!

Bright tasting beer that just leaves a bit of a "soapy" aftertaste. The combination of monk fruit, like and other citrus flavors may contribute to that. Good start, just little off the mark to my taste buds.
