Bright tasting beer that just leaves a bit of a "soapy" aftertaste. The combination of monk fruit, like and other citrus flavors may contribute to that. Good start, just little off the mark to my taste buds.

Grapefruit, lemon, lime, a hint of spicy lemongrass and ginger, maybe some other melon-like fruity flavors. Quite tasty.

Intriguing. Fresh lime, citrus, grapefruit, ginger/spice, pink salt, pear, kumquats. Very gentle and easy drinking. Not really sour.
