Edel Pils

Pilsner - German

Assertively hoppy, crisp and dry, this German-style Pilsener is bursting with noble hop character from a heavy use of one of our favorite noble hops: Aramis. A simple malt bill of Bohemian pilsener malt provides a light, doughy malt backbone and heaps of Aramis in the Brewhouse and in the dryhop brings notes of bright citrus, warm spices and fresh herbs. Prost!

Very enjoyable. A bit hoppier than its German counterpart but so good.

Tried this on our pre-tour flight and also on my post-tour flight because I liked it a lot. 😁 Hoppy, bitter, but light and very drinkable.

Very hoppy! It almost had a rosemary taste to it. Made with Aramis hops.
