Utuisen kultainen. Hedelmäistä kuivaa kuohuviiniä sekoitettuna mineraaliveteen, sekaan heitetty ikäännytettyä humalaa ja tallin lattialla murskattuja happamia sitruksia. Eli siis hyvää lambiccia. Tanniinien miellyttävän rapea jälkimaku.

Mijn eerste reactie was: 'ik snap het niet.' Dat komt door de zure smaak, maar tegelijkertijd is er iets romigs met fruitig aroma aanwezig. Het is verreweg het raarste bier wat ik ooit heb gedronken, maar ik raad het zeker aan om op z'n minst te proeven.

Very weird, sort of disgusting, but in a very noble way. Don't need to do it again, but truly an interesting experience, which I'm glad i made! The taste kind of reminds me of what I always imagined watered down piano polish would taste like!
