Nose is slightly funky. Taste is tart, not fruity, lingering funky finish.

Getting ready for tomorrow at Novare Res. The dope menu hasn’t dropped but I’m so ready to be here when they open tomorrow! Trying habanero smoked oysters. Not what I expected…. But actually quite a bit better with this qeuze

I don't recall having a Gueuze before. Typically, the lambics I've had have been sweetened and have contained fruit flavours. This has neither. I perceive a faint smokiness which is delightful. This bottle is from the 2018-2019 brewing season. Top notch!
