Robe blonde surmontée d'une belle collerette de fine mousse. La première impression est son incroyable pétillance qui éclate tout de suite en bouche et qui dure. Elle a le côté acide des geuzes mais avec des aromes d'agrumes et une touche boisée en finale

Fruity, zingy, effervescent and refreshing. Fairly tart but balanced too. Didn't quite have the full farmhouse funk that I was expecting - perhaps I should have left it for a few years. I was too eager to try it.

Believe this is officially my first lambic. Really nice, its tart, slightly acidic, dry and sips really well. Started with a core range, before I go into the fancier stuff

Sauer hm, eher net so wie andere, ein Nachgeschmack der ewig hält, nicht störend aber sehr bestimmend. Mega gut viel Sprudel und Erfrischung. Sehr trocken auf der Zunge. Alles positiv zu werten

Niet te zuur,beetje azijnachtig maar wel zacht. zurigheid van groene appel. Oké geuze, drinkt lekker weg
