Clear/hazy golden beer with a slight off-white head. Medium aroma; taste starts medium sweet and ends slightly bitter and dry. Wood, fruit, tart and citrus. 10 year old bottle, really balanced. 7/3/8/4

My first beer of this style, definitely intriguing. A bit going on. The aroma on pouring was of string vinegar but it doesnt rwally carry to the flavour so much. Citrus / grapefruit and quite dry. If i didnt know better id say skin contact with grapes

The plan was to buy 20 of these and have one each year until the best before date (I know it's for regulatory reasons). Not doing great with three out of 20 finished. Same rating as the others. Good and relatively affordable.

Первый раз пробую ламбик. Во вкусе уксусно-ацетоновый кисляк, немного винной терпкости. Аромат - кислые, немного забродившие цитрусы. В целом очень интересно. Пиво на очень большого любителя. При возможности попробую других представителей.
