Wow! You can smell crisp green apples and grapes. The taste is sour and makes your tongue salivate like crazy. A bit of zest, the ginger. Nice treat from the first month of our beer subscription from Hamburg.

Good. Not super complex but has that nice lactic tang . Low hop flavour, still some fruity taste coming through from, I'm guessing, the yeast and other bacteria

Янтарное и чуть мутное. В аромате мед, абрикос и скотный двор. Очень мягкий, но имеется горечь, которая раскрывается абрикосом. После долго щиплет язык. Один из самых мягких гезов, что я пробовала от буна

This is a fun beer to me. Light and Bubbly! Kind of like a champagne. Slightly sweet slightly Tart. The flavors complement each other very well.

Eigener, sehr guter Geschmack. Riecht ein wenig nach Nadelwald.

Tja schwierig. Weinartiger Geschmack. Sehr interessant. Aber auch der saure Geschmack, den die wilden Hefen mit sich bringen, was gar nicht so meins ist. Objektiv betrachtet sicherlich besser als subjektiv.
