Lambic - oder 🐑 ic nicht? Das ist hier die Frage.. Der Geruch täuscht (zum Glück) 🙈😅 aber schmeckt. Insgesamt etwas knifflig einzuordnen

어둡고 반투명한 주황색, 시큼쿰쿰한 향. 스월링해주니 확연히 드러나는 꼬릿한 향. 향만큼 맛이 타르트하지는 않음. 쿰쿰한 브렛 느낌과 발만 담갔다 나가는 것 같은 옅은 산미. 몰트에서 비롯된 듯한 은은한 단맛과 미네랄 맛. 맛탱이 없는 물자두에서 느껴질 법한 워터리한 과일 풍미. 7도라는 도수가 무색하게 가볍게 마실 수 있었음. 3.8.

Lots of apple, quite cidery actually. Lots of funk and very tart. Very dry and tasty. It’s good now, but I would love to try one that’s 10-20 years old. Expirey on the bottle is 2042!!!! Maybe it’s time to create a beer cellar alongside my wine!!

Beer tasting with @AlexCook Wouldn’t be my usual choice, but pleasant enough & broke up the flight nicely. Similar to Saison Du Pont in my opinion

Wow wat bijzonder zeg. Extreem zuur! Had nog nooit een geuze bier op, dus bij deze. Vind het best lekker!
