Nez aigre. En bouche on retrouve cette aigreur, acidulé, rejoint par un côté fort boisé. Touche légèrement fruitée. Les 7% alc c'est un + pour ce type de bière. Bière de terroir. Faut aimer le style mais vraiment pas mal.

Laranja turva com pouca retenção espuma. Aromas de couro e celeiro. Corpo médio com boa carbonatação. Sabores ácidos e frutados. Final ácido. Excelente!

Thought it was going to be past it's Best Before date, but it has a 20 year shelf life, so it's fine!

Not sure what to think. Is it a sour, a Belgian beer, lambic. We know it’s a lambic. But it tastes like it could one of many styles.
