Очень необычная штука. Аромат стойла с коровами , или лошадями, отчетливый запах навоза и сена. На вкус приятная кислота с легкой фруктовой нотой. Достаточно сильная карбонизация. Присутствует дрожжевой осадок. Это достойно внимания, однозначно.

Every time I come back to geuze I remember why this is my favourite beer style, and Boon a particularly good example. Also reminds me of those TransPennine Express railway journeys. Funky, bretty. Huisvandegeuze. 23/4/2021.

Classic funky aroma, cellar and woody, lightened by citrus and fruity notes, with vinous hints. Very carbonated, pleasantly sour, with citric and slightly acetic notes. Very dry, with a nice bitter finish and still a woody, vinous and earthy aftertaste

Cheers for this Russell P. ! A lovely sharp fizz, with an aged depth of flavour. Sweet grapes, dry finish. Very enjoyable sipping.
