Hermosa cerveza.

Sour, aromatic. Warming opens a "sour bitterness", donno how to describe it. Very nice

I’ve been sitting on this one for a while, and it was totally worth it!! Glorious tart/sour flavor, rich and tangy! I loosened the cage and the cork blew like champagne! I had to cover the neck and drink the foam as it fountained! 💜

Love geuze & even though Boon is part of large brewery (Palm, which I also have a liking for), this is one of my all-time faves. Perfect gentle sourness, winey & bretty. Happy memories of these on Transpennine train trips back from Manchester. 12/11/20.

Carbonatação na medida, aroma cítrico e pouco ácida. Lembra uva branca bem leve, fruta amarela de caroço, pouco funky, mas tudo bem equilibrado.

Acidità ben bilanciata dalla gradazione alcolica. Una droga!

After a “challenging “ day (not sure of the protocol on this site for scatogical words) I treated myself to a bottle of this!! Fruity, sour and refreshing- what’s not to like?

High carb, surprisingly good head for a gueuze. Lemon, lime, dried citrus peel, apricot, grape skin, tea-like herbal hops, horse blanket barnyard brett character. Bright medium+ acidity. Really tasty rustic gueuze ... and for $7 it’s unreal.
