It reminds of cherry sours and it is pleasantly sour, the cherry comes through, light and fizzy. Very nice. May have finally found a beer to untap!

Bierproevers Limburg - dessert en bier. Chocomousse van Tarot Noir. Zoete neemt het licht zure weg. Fruitsmaak komt sterker door.

Den er meget kirsebærsten. Det tager meget af bretten desværre. Men den er meget true. Jeg kan bare bedre lide lambic uden frugt.

Fresh, natural cherry flavour. Very drinkable, but also a bit simple. The sour side of the lambic is pushed a bit too far to the background.
