Mother has called round, so cracked open one of her favs. 1st one we've had with a cork 🤔 Seems to taste better! Just decided this beer will replace bucks fizz at Xmas. Great bit of fun. Never convinced it's beer though

Cherry skin smell. Lots of cherry taste with a musty lambic base beer taste. Light mouthfeel with a thin body that leaves a reasonably dry and clean aftertaste

An interesting beer, almost wine-like in its aroma which seems almost like a malt vinegar, but then a well rounded Cherry flavour comes through.
