White sugar with cherry juice saturated through, glacé cherries on sniff but also with an oaky, gamay wine tannic element. Sip is more sweetened cherries - light overall but a hint of woody cherry stems and old, stale cherry skins.

Surprisingly nice. Largely sweet but with a decent chunk of sourness.
