Smaczne, kwaśne, dużo słomy ale nie przesadnie. Zaskakująco dużo słodyczy jak na gueze które do tej pory piłem.

Soft mouthfeel and slightly tart. Funky oak, apples and barnyard flavours. 2017 vintage. Delicious.

Celeiro, couro e gramineo bem evidente. Madeira bem sutil e dulçor apareceu um teco acima. Eu gostei, mas o preço aqui no Brasil não tá valendo a pena...Ainda não provei outros exemplares do estilo, mas já tomei outras de fermentação espontânea melhores.

From Hopt. Very pleasant geuze with the vanilla flavours offsetting the lambic sourness. I would have put money on having had this before
