Dry, not that sour, but refreshing. Had it after champagne and it was not too unlike

Вчера. Сухо, цитрус, чуть горьковато,слегка чувствовался градус, немного скотинки в аромате.

Smaczne, kwaśne, dużo słomy ale nie przesadnie. Zaskakująco dużo słodyczy jak na gueze które do tej pory piłem.

Soft mouthfeel and slightly tart. Funky oak, apples and barnyard flavours. 2017 vintage. Delicious.

Celeiro, couro e gramineo bem evidente. Madeira bem sutil e dulçor apareceu um teco acima. Eu gostei, mas o preço aqui no Brasil não tá valendo a pena...Ainda não provei outros exemplares do estilo, mas já tomei outras de fermentação espontânea melhores.
