Pours cherry red with a small pink head. Aroma is light, sour, cherry. Taste is tart, sour cherry, slightly vineous

So refreshing. Not too sour, just the right amount of fruitiness. This is my jam. But it’s beer.

Omg, God bless Silpo for these ridiculous discounts. EUR 1.4/0.375l Matured 4 years on Silpo shelves. Cherry in aroma and flavour. Thick rich, mature. Nicely sour, no sugar / no synthetic stuff. Bit oakey. Slightly earthy and sandy in the end. 🔥❤️

A wonderful lambic. All the tartness of cherries, and it's perfectly tart, not overpowering and not enough to take out the beer, the oak fodder or the fermentation from the cask. It's pretty damn okay. It's fruity on the nose, mildly pungent on the tast
