2020 harvest vintage, this is a delicious brew having deep sour cherry flavour and nose, intensely dry oak overtones, dark maraschino colour, cherry, cranberry and sour apple base, hint of vanilla, earthy undertones, and a dry clean finish.

2017-03-02, 375ml bottled 2015-05-13, 2014 harvest, so this bottle is almost 2 years old, stored in a controlled large beer cave. Imported by L'Office des Grands Crus. Pour clear ruby red with a nice sparkling bubble foams.

Fein spritzig mit Fruchtnoten in der Nase, dann die lambic-typischen Aromen mit fein austarierter Kirsche. Das Fass kommt ebenfalls schön zur Geltung. Es wäre wirklich interessant, das Gleiche in 20 Jahren zu probieren. Diese 2021er war gerade genussreif.

Cork and wire bottle. Big fan of that but reminds me of a Japanese rice wine. Mixture between sweet berry wine and a bud light. #tourdebeer

Trouwbier! Van André en Liesbeth. Mooie toepasselijke naam en heerlijk om van te genieten in dit zonnetje in onze tuin. Eerste slok altijd even wennen, later leuk fruitig, droog, fris, zurig. Leuk! Past prima bij Heine z'n bbq skills :-)

Приятная вишнёвая кислинка и вишнёвая косточка. Горечь выходит во послевкусии, в хорошем смысле. Однозначно стоит брать.
