Acidité et aigreur plutôt modérées pour le style. Funky un peu trop léger, mais bon mariage qu'à quand même avec la cerise.

Imbottigliata 05/2020. Schiuma rosata inaspettatamente abbondante e persistente. Ciliegie evidenti, acidità non troppo marcata, leggera vaniglia e buon amaro. Leggermente astringente. Finale molto lungo in cui dominano soprattutto la ciliegia e l'amaro.

Идеальный ламбик. В аромате вишнёвый компот. Яркий вкус забродившей вишни, баланс терпкости и кислоты, тело лёгкое, градус не ощущается. Питкий, вкусный, сауэры уходят на второй план :)

Приятное, немного терпковатое, вишня похожа на вишню, а не химозную, как иногда бывает. Отличный, относительно не дорогой вариант для домашней посиделки

Très fruité. Les brett se font bien ressentir. L'acidité est agréable et l'aigreur plutôt discrète.

Very nice.very very nice. Amazing cherry taste and nose. This is very good refreshing lambic, so much cherry, just enough carbonation, perfect ratio or acidity. Nice color. Just great.

Pours cherry red with a thin pink head. Aroma is light, sour cherry. Taste is sour cherry, slight barrel wood notes, easy drinking, refreshing, an excellent Kriek

An excellent kriek with a strong kriek taste. Much less acidic than most other kriek beers (ignoring the sugary crap).

Вишнёвая кость во главе угла, вкуса и аромата. Есть мнение, что им можно закалять организм от цианида) Хорош, чист, сух! Этакий повзрослевший , чуть более изысканный и сдержанный Пётр.

(2017) Fruité, légèrement acidulé, boisé (chêne), tannique. Ça faisait 15 ans que j’avais bu une kriek: je dois revisiter le style beaucoup plus souvent, c’est vraiment bon!!
