Astringency is prominent so this is a nice after lunch beer: AKA dryness = lightness. Mild on the funkiness.

Adult apple juice. Sour at first...ish. Why am I tasting bubblegum at the end 😂 havent had many lambics but this is interesting.

Smells like a framboise, tastes peary. Solid sour but not a lot of tart.

Not really a fan. After a few nice sours, this lambic is almost flat and hoppy. Not a fan at all.
