Sista veckan med inglasad balkong. Kommer sakna det. Vet inte om det hänt så mycket med geuzen sen sist, fortfarande extremt kolsyrad, mild och frisk med lagom syra och aningens för lite stallighet. Perfekt idag dock!

Ça a clairement une coche sous 3F/Tilquin, mais le rapport qualité/prix est pas mal indéniable. Acidité présente sans être tranchante, par contre c'est très vivant niveau effervescence

New at CBU in bottles. Complex, woody, a bit appley, and not as tart as it smells. There's a few levels to this and it's better as it warms up.

Smells tart and has a great apple flavor. Very dry with notes of oak. I am really digging this lambic.

Had a bottle that stayed in a cupboard for years. Beautifully aromatic, when you open up a bottle the whole kitchen gets that aromatic complex lambic scent. Taste is pleasant and complex as well with low acidity. It's great. Wish I had a whole crate.
