Bone dry, light and mild. Touch of light sulfury funk.

Very mild, clean and refreshing. Dry green apple cider initially, then a funky but extremely short finish. Thin mouthfeel. The result is a very moreish and balanced geuze, but maybe a bit too watery to get a top score. Great for a sunny day!

Tart botanical nose, bitter mildly sour and dry, kept and served at cellar temperature, effervescent (the cork shot up and hit my newly painted ceiling, the wife wasn’t too happy but I gave her a glass and she chilled out). 😜

Bra trysch i flarran fortfarande, råkade nästan mörda Love med den flygande korken. Det finns ju alltid nästa år.
