Heavily carbonated. The cork really popped and it pour a big head. After that is drank well when stirred down a bit

Cítrica e frutada. Tomei quando fez 4 anos na garrafa, e 7 anos da produção da parte mais velha da cerveja. Envelheceu muito bem.

Big musty aroma. Thin body with a subtle sour and musty flavor that finishes super dry. This is the real champagne of beer.

Quite light and fresh not tart at all. Some mineral notes with pears and lime with soft brown sugar. I like this it has mellowed and will be worth drinking again
