Rivals A&G, but a news dick behind. Cracking beer with plenty of subtlety, sweaty, apple/pear, hay, big funk, dry and a light acidity.

Circa 2016. Juicy white wine grapes, apple and pear, sharp Italian cheese. Only the faintest hints of barnyard funk, mostly in the nose. Moderate acidity and tartness.

Started with big bright pineapple 🍍 notes, then mellowed into a effervescent Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand (if that makes any sense)
