Pours golden with a thin head. Aroma is strong, sour apple, funky. Taste is tart, dry, sour apple.

A fairly delicate thing, albeit with a fairly high ABV for the style. Smells incredible, but the flavor isn’t big. Not that funky or tart either, but nice.

Prachtig aroma en structuur in het glas. Zuur. Complex en uitgesproken maar toch subtiel en zacht. Wijn achtig. Groene appel. Witte druiven. Prachtige balans. Droog. Mooi zondagmiddag bier!

Aroma is fantastisch! 'Vluchtige zuren' enorm mooi verwoord en toepasselijk! Zuurtje vooral in het begin maar erg aangenaam! Een zeer mooi geheel!
