Very hazy honey color w/ quickly dissipating white head; champagne bubbles. Barnyard-straw nose & flavor; add oak & apricot flavors; tart. Brett yeast creates creaminess; bone-dry finish.

2014 vintage, as Geuze from BOON, that's the most oaky and Woody from them all, as always another masterpiece.

Gorgeous geuze. Excellent balanced taste of sour beer. You can't drink more than 2 bottles, but you need to try it for familiarization. Шикарное geuze. Отличный сбалансированный вкус кислого пива. Больше 2х бутылочек не выпьешь но попробовать нужно.

Quite unique. Lively, semi dry then dry. Champagne-y, crisp, lovely complementary expression of oak. Maybe a bit peppery? Quite lovely

Super smooth, nice light lambic very aromatic and sightless bubbly juice finish

So subtle for a lambic, really soft with stone fruit and so much barrel present. It’s like a blend of a farmhouse ale and a lambic. Wow I love this.
