Quite unique. Lively, semi dry then dry. Champagne-y, crisp, lovely complementary expression of oak. Maybe a bit peppery? Quite lovely

They estimated January of 08 was when she was born. No mean bones. So loving she could hardly sleep because I might leave the room. I wish I had loved her as well as she loved me. I didn't deserve her. She loved belhaven, but tonight her birth #s will do.

Malty, very hop powdery. I don't know how to enjoy l this by itself but it seems to accentuate some other things.

I'd buy all of this candle-ized. Amazing, absolutely perfect nose; sweet, and forest-y. Early sips are complex. Sweet, molasses, and evergreen. An hour in and this is mellowing slightly and caramel and dark fruit notes are peeking in. Solid

Whoa... Lots of big flavors swirling around that seem uncombined. Imma let this warm up a bit. It's not bad, but there is a very slight metallic taste, & seems disjointed. This is much better as it gets to a more appropriate temp. Smoother & cohesive.
