Excellent. Will always be a fan of boon. Some funk and barnyard but also bright citrus and acidity. Perfectly balanced.

Embouteillée 2016. 7 ans d’âge! Excellent, goût cuiré prédominant (mais agréable haha), pomme, fût +++, pas trop acide à mon avis. Complexe, longue finale. Au delà de mes attentes.
