En nariz se nota el acético pero acaramelado y en boca es dulce con un sabor similar a la manzana roja, muy liviana y deja una pequeña astringencia al final

En la línea de las suaves de Boon, cumple pero no asusta si es de tus primeras lambics. Muy poquito ácida y con dulzor moderado, se le nota algo de madera y de amargor, pero todo muy sutil. Aceptable para acercarse con calma al mundillo de los vinagres.

Aroma delivers punchy malty nose. Caramelly and sugary. Candi, nuts, toffee, spices/condiments, nutmeg. Sweetener sip. Acidic/vinegar-y edge. Fruity. Apple, orange. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, lightly carb. Quite unusual, historical. Delicious. Big.
