Nice aroma, but fairly little tartness in the mouth. A hint of something like over boiled eggs. Going to skip rating this one and hoping for different results next time.

Colore biondo scuro con schiuma bianca evanescente. Alla bevuta si nota una birra molto secca e mediamente acida con un'elevata astringenza che ricorda i vini bianchi.

This beer is accessible AF for a geuze, but also, delicious AF. Tight and prominent acidity, some counteracting funk that balances it, grassy, citrusy sherbert and lemon meringue whip all up in hurr. Lovely beer. Well undersold and undervalued.

Very dry, some fig and vanilla, complex Bret notes of pineapple and wet straw. A nice find!

3/20。飲む前はブーンらしいライトで乾いたようなアロマ。口にした瞬間タルティな酸味が広がるも、広がりすぎないよう包み込まれるように味わいが纏まる。通常のよりも果肉感は強め。美味しい。

開瓶泡沫流出。氣味不雅。入口Lime and passionfruit. Bone-dry. 酸度柔和。混調1、2、3年。

Funky, rustica, lactica, frutado que lembra uma casca de uva branca, algo mais citrico. Acidez media/alta, carbonatacão alta, seca, refrescante. Sou fã do estilo!
