A: aroma encantador, cajú, pitanga, selvagenzito. P: acidez média-alta, tart, cítrica, amargor no fundo, final seco, adstringente, na boca menos complexo que o aroma.

Brian L. Came in bearing gifts from Beer 360. Shared with the boys from Little Bang. A classic Boon Geuze. Subtly weird. A little lemon acidity, whiff of ammonia, acetic. Very dry. Lovely on a warm day.

Serial tasting. Dry and tart. Apple, green ones, with grapefruit tones. Somehow feels less balanced than the other ones (on this tasting). @16de Dag(en) van de Oude Geuze.

а как хорошо высох! в аромате в яблочко, а вкус про цитрус. мало вони, что импонирует! карбо слабое. не могу сказать, что сухо. баланс отличный

A classic lambic with all the attributes that apply, funky, tart, but not rustic with a moldy aroma, rather well rounded and elegant, effervescent, a hint of citric notes without being to acidic, still a nice foam, lovely.

Huge profile. Funky, moldy and floral. Great layers. Dry, leather, horse, sweat, barn, hay. Farm. Bretta. Grainy core. Cereal, stone fruits. Low bodied, mineral, crispy/spritzy. So elegant, rustic, classy. Lovely. Acidic and astringent. Beautiful. Woody.
