The tartness has all but disappeared, leaving a very smooth gueuze. Not as funky either as I might have expected. Very pleasant though.

Ao retirar a rolha e abrir a garrafa aroma complexo de flores e frutas e após fica o aroma mais ácido e rústico. Sabor com acidez controlada e com alguma coisa frutada entre maçã e uva. Carbonatação média, e final super seco.

Funky, a little earthy, some mineral notes and a bit oaky. Aged quite nicely, and went well with our chilli.
