08.03.19 Кислые подгнившие перемолотые вместе со шкуркой и горькими косточками яблоки. Вяжет, сушит, пузыриками пощипывает. Такого конечно в большем объёме желательно брать, а то заканчивается быстро, но имеем то что имеем.

Apple odor with green pepper sharpness. Subtle spicy musty flavour with soft cheese finish with a juicy tart sweetness on the tail end. Light effervescent and pleasant mouthfeel. Beautiful lacing on the glass.
