Very carbonated, hard pour to release some of the bubbles. Nicely soured and super light. Enjoyable.

В аромате цветы, зелёные фрукты (яблоки, груши, крыжовник, пусть это и не фрукт, киви, ананас). Во вкусе прелая трава, зелёные фрукты (яблоко, киви), табак и горькие травы. Вот умеют же!

2/10/18 375ml. Better than last bottle, coming along nicely w mustiness, bitter orange, flowers. No longer tastes like a baby, this is in an early sweet spot, but still years of improvement left before peak. Good with mac and cheese with roasted broccoli.

Always love a bit of boon. Tart b it also slightly sweet, almost rich. Apple. Funk in the trunk. Light. High carb. Balanced. Simple yet a lovely depth of flavour when you search for it.

Never been the biggest fan of Boon. A bit simple, slightly boozy, but tasty.

Absolutely wonderful stuff, full of apple and citrus fruit flavour, hints of gooseberry and lemons, quite tart, high acidity, leading to a lovely oak and clove finish, brilliant brew

Batch 82707, 24/08/2037. Fairly typical Boon character of mineral and gravel, with the richer MP profile. Fairly dry, fairly low acid, a little bitter. Way too young, and not a batch for drinking early. Have three more, probably open next in three years.
