Oaky, some acidity with a burst of brett. Not much citrus but a decent amount of funk

Interesting bottle of MP. Very soft in its acidity. Already developing some very vintage flavours - cheesy funk. Boon lambic seems to mature very quickly. Slightly too much bitterness on the finish for me to be top tier.

2/10/18 375ml. Better than last bottle, coming along nicely w mustiness, bitter orange, flowers. No longer tastes like a baby, this is in an early sweet spot, but still years of improvement left before peak. Good with mac and cheese with roasted broccoli.

Always love a bit of boon. Tart b it also slightly sweet, almost rich. Apple. Funk in the trunk. Light. High carb. Balanced. Simple yet a lovely depth of flavour when you search for it.

De ontem. Segue bem próxima da 16, carece de mais tempo pra amenizar e melhorar a drinkability. Mas bem bacana.

O. 75l Микс спелых зелёных яблок и сладких цитрусов, скотина, сено, цветы. Спокойней 14го, такой же апельсиново-яблочный, горчит сладкой цедрой

I can dig this beer. Tart fresh funk aroma, leathery and mineralic, soft funk flavour, sour tart finish. Super enjoyable sipping out camping. Yum.

+ Huuum ela deu uma melhorada, muita maca verde no paladar, no sabor algo de romã, aquela amarrada boa na boca, efervescente, ja se foram 6 anos e nao deve mudar muito.Continua faltando complexidade.Harmonizada com 90% rye whisky 🇨🇦 otimo CB.
