Great one, subtility at its best. Oak is not proeminent but gives very interesting flavour notes. Kind of thick for a geuze, with a great panel of flavours from wood to vanilla.

Sour, funky and dry. Subtle oak. Quite ok but not the most remarkable sour.

Klusbier! Weer een heerlijk zure geuze van Boon. Droog, groene appel 🍏, maar ook een goeie houtsmaak door het gebruik van een vat dat 50/50 uit oude, gebruikte en nieuwe duigen bestaat.

Ik had hem zuurder verwacht, maar valt goed mee. Een volle smaak maar is logisch omdat hij op eiken vaten heeft gezeten. Kleine hints van tropisch fruit.

Fuller bodied than your regular gueuze but it’s 8.5% ABV too, would be curious to compare with their Mariage Parfait. A little minty freshness to it that’s fun.

8,5% abv. Light sour, great balanced Lambic. Oaky and funky. Dry, light minty and sparkling. I love this style. The funkyness and subtleness. Great!

Wat een sterke lambiek! De slok is lekker perzikig en zuur, de nasmaak fruitig en drankig. Met alle zuur en bubbels is het als champagne

Excellent! Light, crisp and dry with low acidity. Strong carbonation. Super smoky!! Loads of notes to hunt for, like; wood/funk, apple, peach, mint, tropical, vanilla. Yum!

Njammie. Geuze zoals geuze moet zijn. Zurig, zacht en totaal niet springerig. Zoals een klassieke schoonheid. Niemand weet waarom maar is er wel over eens.
