I can’t overstate the great value of this beer. The vermouth adds something fantastic and it’s a super delicious bottle of Boon Geuze for ~$20 Canadian.

Perfect balance of sour, tart, sweet and bitter. Had this with thanksgiving dinner and was incredible.

This Friday's funky sour is a real treat. Lovely tart flavor with a nice wine-like finish. Such a fantastic style. Pairing it with air fried brussels sprouts, freshly harvested from my daughter's garden and dressed in a raspberry balsamic reduction.

Better than I remember this. And I already loved it before! Dry boon lambic, hint of wine, incredibly rich aroma.

The aroma reminds of Boon for sure. Earthy, peanutty and some bitter herbal notes. mild and delicate blend of lambic. Soft, vinous white wine notes. Dry. Very subtle oak. Slightly bitter and lemon pithy on the finish. A medium level of acidity.

Эталон стиля. Можно попробовать для расширения познания пива, но не больше. Пивная наука шагнула вперед, есть ароматный хмель, интересные дрожжи, вкусные солода. А это ретроспектива в средневековье
