As far as gueze's go, it's not bad, but it has a slight mellowed out sourness that feels like it could be stronger.

Seit langer Zeit nochmal ein Sauerbier. Schmeckt irgendwie nach Korken. Dies kann aber gut das Vermouth Aroma sein.

This is very high acid for boon, but not much volatility. Lots of mineral, some herb, hint of elderflower/pickle, tasty stuff. Lively carb.

I don’t get a ton of vermouth; it seems like it’s got a dry finish but I may be telling myself that. Pretty outstanding funk though, haven’t had one of these in a minute.
