Another small dent in the geuze stockpile. Soft sour, fruity, light funkiness, pleasant at TQH after a day of work & a lovely beach walk in crisp cold clear weather. Huisvandegeuze. 25/11/20.

It’s not the best gueze I’ve ever had. But it’s still gueze and it’s pretty banging. Crisp and tart, big fresh apple flavour but falls a little flat on the finish.

Back at oude geuze. Stallig aroma, met een mild zuurtje in de smaak en koolzurig. Voor de rest blijft het wat aan de vlakte
