Wouldn't be christmas without a bit of boon, this ones quite woody and bitter with the aging but the cherries are there in the background. Funky and balsamic with a long tart finish.

Kersen (dûh), gist, zuren, beetje eik. Lekkere frisse afzakker. Wel wat licht, mag wat voller. (maar is nog jong, moet eigenlijk langer liggen) Fijne feestdagen!

Vraiment sympa, bien équilibrée entre cerise, sour et dry. Plutôt douce et pas trop sucrée. J'aime bin

Profumi invitantissimi e dolcissimi di ciliegia. Alla beva è invece poco fruttata e per nulla dolce. Poco tart. C'è invece un bel tocco di funk, botte, cantina etc... Non poi cosí secca, con nota mediamente amara che rimane. Comunque una bella bevuta.
