Mild cherry flavour with a good level of sweetness. It's tart and and has a nice deep red colour. It's a 2017, so I'm sure the flavour has mellowed a bit. Very easy drinking, especially at 4%

2024.02.24. With the absence of sourness this was quite dull and monotonously syrupy.

Aged really well. Super aromatic cherries, sour and funky. Great!
