Bier heeft 11 jaar gegist op fles. Op hoop van zege. Het ruikt zuur, smaakt zuur. Wat een zonde van 11 jaar tijd. Een 1 voor de moeite.

Bright, cidery nose. Light tartness lending towards green apple, honeysuckle, pear, hints of straw. Moderate heat and mid/high carbonation. Would like to age another longer.
